The Service League of Cherokee County has been serving the children of our county since 1935. Back in 1935 the Service League of Cherokee County were only 25 members strong.  With one dream and a dedication in their hearts and minds; that was to be able to give back to the children in need of Cherokee County, Georgia.  Our purpose is still the same today, although we are 75 women strong who volunteer over 10,000 hours to the community each year. Most of our work is done quietly, we always protect the names of the children we help. So a lot of what we do goes unnoticed, but the rewards can’t be numbered.

Through the volunteer efforts of its 75 members and their spouses, the Service League has provided food, clothing, school supplies and medical assistance to many deserving families with children.  The Service League has been able to provide for these children through different fundrasing efforts and help from those that support those efforts buy purchasing and participating in these different fundraisers.

Again, thank you for your continued support...it is because of the support of you that the Service League of Cherokee County is able to continue to have a very prevalent history.
